Chat & Text Messaging
When you use the chat on our website, message us through Google or Facebook, or text us, we collect your name, phone number, email (if given), and the content of your messages. We use this to answer your questions, give quotes, and schedule service.
Our chat and texting run on LeadConnector (Pest AI). An automated AI assistant may answer first, and our team may follow up. Live team replies are available Mon–Sat, 8 AM–6 PM. Messages sent outside those hours are answered the next business day.
By giving us your mobile number in a chat or form, or by texting us, you agree to receive text messages from us about your request, appointments, and service. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

- Meta/Facebook: Facebook and Messenger messages and ad measurement.
- Website hosting and security providers that run and protect our site.

How Long We Keep Information
- Chat and text messages that do not lead to a service are kept for 6 months, then deleted.
- Customer records, such as inspection reports and service history, are kept as long as needed for business and legal purposes.
